RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return the unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Please note that hygiene products such as earrings and piercings do not have the right to return. (Consumer Protection Act 6:16 ยง 3 and 4)

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the return. On average, refunds take about 2-3 weeks to process.
