Bike project , to renew the 2009 Commencal supreme mini DH. The goal of the project was to convert the bike to be suitable for Trail-style cycling. The starting point was a cannon weighing about 16 kilos and equipped with 26” wheels. The bike had been ridden on trails over the years and was found to be a very fun bike for many different uses. For this reason, the bike was selected for the renewal project.

The project was implemented on a small budget, using mainly used parts.
The old DHX5.0 coil spring shock was replaced with a used Fox float air shock.
The wheels I found were a few year old Mavic crossmax enduro 27.5 inch wheels.
The larger discs fit well in the old Fox float bow and there was just enough space in the frame.
The old Thompson seatpost was replaced with a Oneup lift post.
The front sprocket was changed to a 32T oval sprocket.
The project began with dismantling the entire bike.
The bike’s original turquoise color was removed and the frame was sandblasted.
After sandblasting the frame, all the bearings were replaced.
After this, the construction continued with finding suitable parts and assembling the bike.
To finish the bike, we found tapes from the same year’s Commencal Supreme DH world cup limited edition bike to pay homage to the bike. The colorful tapes go well with the sandblasted frame and the yellow Mavic wheels. Cycling-themed men’s jewelry -> Men’s jewelry
